  • Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to ship after transmittal and processing.
  • We ship different products from different warehouse through out USA.
  • If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
  • We use USPS, UPS and/or FEDEX as our shipping carriers.

  • Priority shipping to USA: $9.99 
  • 3-Day shipping to USA: $21.99
  • Next Day shipping to USA: $59.99 
  • International Priority Shipping: $49.99

Returns and Refund Policy

  • For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, quickly examine the items to make sure the items do not have any defects.
  • If you do not follow the guidelines on this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any type of refund in any way.
  • We will refund or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any type of shipping errors made by us).
  • When you have received a defective or wrong item, you need to contact us for asking for either a refund or replacement. Send us an email with “Returns: {your order number}” in subject line.
  • We will send you RMA number if your return is approved.
  • Refunds / replacements are not issued for unauthorized returns.
  • Please return the items in their initial product packaging within 14 days to the address listed below.
  • Items returned without initial product packaging will NOT be reimbursed so please keep all product packaging for the 14-day return period.
  • We have countless products on our website. Some of the items have measurements as well as some do not. We will not release a refund for a product without dimensions, due to the size.
  • Please see to it the product you are purchasing satisfies all of your needs including size before placing your order.
  • In your return package please include:
    • The RMA number
    • A note describing the problem.
    • Mention if you want refund or replacement.
    • You may not receive a refund, if you do not mention choice of refund or replacement.
  • Please note: As component of the return procedure, upon receipt of an approved return, if the returned product is found to be without mentioned defects, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted before refund is issued.
  • Refunds will be applied to your account balance.
